· What should I expect on arrival?
Gypsy Hill Pet Grooming will come with a fully equipped, state of the art mobile salon. All we need from you is a flat space to park. If you are not home, please make sure to leave instructions on how to enter the home and where the pet is located. Please not that we do not offer latchkey services for first time clients
· Are you licensed and insured?
Yes, Gypsy Hill Pet Grooming has a business license through Stafford County and is fully insured for pets and property in the event of an accident.
· Is there a Cancelation Policy?
Gypsy Hill Pet Grooming does have a cancellation policy. We understand stuff happens, but we request at least a 48-hour notice. If you cancel with less than the required 48-hour notice more than once, any last-minute cancelation will be billed for 50% of appointment charge.
· Do I need to show proof of my pet’s vaccination record prior to the appointment?
While we recommend your dog be fully vaccinated according to your vet’s recommendations, we only require an up to date Rabies vaccination, of which proof will be required. We also require all puppies to have at least had the first 2 rounds of their puppy shots.
· How long has Chrissy been a groomer?
Chrissy has been grooming dogs for the last decade professionally and has recently moved to Stafford to provide luxury mobile grooming services to your fur babies! Certified in Safe Cat Grooming, Puppies and Geriatric Animals, CPR and First Aid, and has an AKC Safe Salon Certification.
· What areas do you service?
At this time, Gypsy Hill Mobile Pet Grooming Studio’s service area consists of North Stafford.
